I’m Jack Pepper, a Denver-based multimedia producer and content strategist with a background in Cinema Studies and Moving Image Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder. That foundation is where I locked in a story-first approach to visual work, shaped early on through ski films like Strictly Business and Most Gutter. Even then, the focus was not tricks or spectacle. It was momentum, character, and narrative.
Since then, I’ve built a career creating high-quality, story-driven content for brands that care about craft and expect results. I work across outdoor, fashion, sports, and lifestyle, partnering with teams including Jiberish, Van Deer, Arby’s, Bank of America, Issey Miyake, Breezy Golf, Skullcandy, Stone Island, Kappa, Human Made, Db, Puppet Theater, PULLIN, Picture Organic Clothing, Bolder Events, YY Nation, Global Sales Guys, Fireball Whisky, and Fubuki. No matter the category, the goal is the same. Make the work feel intentional, human, and worth watching.
Today, I lead multimedia production at Fusion Specialties, creating video, photo, and digital assets for mannequins, fixtures, and retail display programs across the U.S., Mexico, and China. The challenge there is translating physical products and environments into clear, compelling stories that sell without feeling overproduced.
Outside of Fusion, I run Pep and Co, where I produce social-first content rooted in the outdoor and active lifestyle space. That work ranges from high-speed editorial cuts to lo-fi, UGC-style vertical video built for real performance, not just aesthetics.
My focus is simple. Story before polish. Clean execution. Strong visuals. Content that holds up in the real world.
